What is the CITE?

The Business Technological Innovation Club (CITE) involves training aimed at providing an understanding of technological innovation management. The training is a combination of theory, first-hand accounts, exchanges of experience, tips and tricks and case analyses. 

What happens?

Ten themes are addressed during the 6-day training course. Sessions can be held in the companies involved in the CITE so on top of the training you have the opportunity to discover new businesses. The theory will be provided by InnovaTech coaches, backed up by experts, if appropriate. Business operators will recount their experiences in relation to each theme. The tips and tricks will be provided as the businesses analyses are undertaken.

In practice?

You will learn how to establish a technological innovation procedure. You will also have the opportunity to meet potential partners. If you decide to put the training into practice, you can count on the InnovaTech coaches' supervision every step of the way.

Introductory session: 28 September 2010

Modules:

12/10: Innovation and strategies – Technological watch and knowledge management

26/10: Creativity and organisational factors

9/11: Techniques and marketing factors

23/11: Intellectual property and human relations management

7/12: Financial factors

14/12: Partnership and technological transfers – external communication
 

The training costs Euro 1,200 including taxes but the Walloon Region and the ESF will bear 50% of the costs for companies and project sponsors based in Wallonia.
